We plan for the Project to be anchored by national boutique retail and local stores with a higher product mix with an influence of restaurants, national bistro movie house, and boutique hotel for entertainment purposes.

Perform all aspects of the permitting process, including but not limited to all local governmental approvals, DEP, FDOT, water management districts and AHCA licensing approvals, when appropriate.

Coordinate contractor bid negotiations and give recommendations.

Negotiate municipal fees, including but not limited to impact fees.

Coordinate through the approval process comprehensive land use and municipal zoning changes.

Coordinate the commencement of construction and all municipal inspections.

Participate in tenant recruitment; negotiate lease terms and coordinate tenant suite design.
