Dyer, Riddle, Mills, & Precourt, Inc. (DRMP) is a 30‐year‐old, multi‐discipline firm serving clients in the public, private and industrial sectors in the development of infrastructure for the community at large. They currently employ over 500 professionals in 16 office locations spread strategically across their service area.

To increase their presence in Northeast Florida, DRMP recently acquired North Beach Engineering, Inc., a private‐owned engineering firm established in 1995 that offers land development, civil and utility engineering services. This acquisition will provide many benefits for DRMP not only geographically, but also expanding their staff, resources and services already provided in the Northeast Florida market.

Senior staff not only have experience in design, but also in operation and maintenance due to having worked for operating utilities. During planning and design, the aspect of future operation and maintenance, as well as life cycle costs, is always included in the thought process. DRMP has many continuing clients, which shows we have kept them happy over the years we have represented them.

Projects/Clients:

LeeVista Center, Orlando, Florida. LeeVista is an 1,800‐acre mixed‐use development located in South Orlando, just north of the Orlando International Airport, and is one of the more successful mixed‐use projects in Central Florida. The development consists of approximately 5.5 miles of roadway, ten master stormwater lakes, four master lift stations and onsite wetland conservation areas.

ChampionsGate, Osceola County, Florida, a 1,200 acre mixed use tourist/commercial development located on the west side of the I‐4/CR 532 interchange. DRMP has provided engineering services throughout the ADA/DRI process and is currently providing Phase I infrastructure design services, golf course design, and interchange modifications. Phase I infrastructure includes 2.5 miles of roadway design; master stormwater design; and water, sewer, and reuse main design. Phase I is providing services to the tourist/commercial center of the project. The 36‐hole golf course design includes mass grading, master stormwater and re‐use water main for irrigation. The I‐4/CR 532 interchange improvements include design of free flow right‐turn lanes and pond modifications to provide an aesthetically pleasing entrance to the project. DRMP also had the lead role in permitting with SFWMD, SWFWMD, FDEP and FDOT.
