The Project currently consists of four city blocks located within the heart of the most affluent trade area of the Orlando Metropolitan Statistical Area ("MSA") and is planned as one of the largest public/private partnerships in the State of Florida.

The Project has been designed to revitalize downtown Maitland and as an environmentally friendly, urban-pedestrian oriented city, connected by the new commuter rail system in central Florida.

We plan for the Project to be anchored by national boutique retail and local stores with a higher product mix with an influence of restaurants, national bistro movie house, and boutique hotel for entertainment purposes.
